Prior to founding Uncommon, Nils was Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of Grey London, overseeing the most profitable and awarded years in the agency’s 52-year history. Amid an inspiration drought served up by platforms and a creative industry homogenised by AI, Nils remains inspired by translating this negativity into the most ferocious form of survival: creativity.
